OPERATION
Pause function
The pause function can only be used when at least one zone is switched on.
The maximum break duration is 10 minutes. After 10 minutes at pause, the hob switches off.
Cooking can be resumed within 10 minutes by touching the pause key.
While the Pause function is active:
•
Any timer (also the minute minder) that has been set before the pause will be stopped
during the pause and continue when the pause mode is stopped.
1. Touch the pause key.

The indicator light above the pause key is flashing (together with the power settings).
2. Touch the pause key again to switch off the pause function.
The hob will automatically switch off after 10 minutes if the pause function is not
▷
switched off in the meantime.
Using the (child) lock function
1. Switch off the hob.
2. Touch and hold the On/Off key for approximately 3 seconds.

All displays show 'L'.

The hob is now locked. After 5 seconds, the hob will switch off automatically.
•
To unlock touch and hold the On/Off key again for approx. 3 second.
Child lock is now de-activated.

If the child lock function is activated in the settings menu (see chapter 'settings') then
the hob will be automatically locked every time it is switched off.
Recall function
If the hob was accidentally switched off through the On/Off key all settings can be restored using
the recall function.
1. Touch the On/Off key within 5 seconds.

The pause/recall indicator light will flash.
2. Confirm to continue by touching the pause key within 5 seconds.
