Solutions
Make sure that the appliance's power
cord is properly plugged into the wall
socket and that the "on/off" switch is
set to "on" ("i"). Alternatively, check the
circuit breaker or fuses in your electrical
system.

For any intervention by the Riviera & Bar After-sales service,
you will be asked to return the product in its original packaging
in order to avoid any further damage caused by transport.
We therefore suggest you keep all of the original packaging,
including any wedges found inside the box.
When shipping your appliance, make sure that it is posi-
tioned correctly in its original packaging, the right way up,
and protected by the wedges.

by Riviera & Bar will void the guarantee.

GuaRantee

The general guarantee for this appliance is 2 years. it
covers domestic use only.
The following are excluded from the guarantee:
- worn parts,
- removable or mobile parts damaged due to improper
handling, as the result of a fall or knock during handling,
and affecting the hotplate or grease collector,
- appliances used for a purpose other than their normal
purpose within the private sphere.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for possible
damages caused by improper use of the appliance, or when
the appliance is not used in accordance with the operating
instructions or has been repaired by an unskilled person.
Repairs must only be carried out by the Riviera & Bar
After-sales service.

Worn or damaged parts that are excluded from the gua-
rantee will be replaced or repaired for a fee. The guarantee
period begins on the date of the original purchase. you
may benefit from this guarantee only when presenting the
defective appliance with the invoice or proof of purchase
in accordance with Article L111-2 of the French Consumer
Code, the availability of spare parts, provided for in
matters of repairable products is 5 years from its date
of manufacture (information mentioned on the product:
batch or serial number).
REMinDER: for any intervention, you will be asked to return
the product in its original packaging in order to avoid any
further damage caused by transport. We therefore suggest
