• Children must not be allowed to play with this appliance.
• Children under 8 years of age must be kept at a distance,
unless they are constantly supervised.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
• it is necessary to supervise children closely when an ap-
pliance is being used by them or near them.
• Please be aware of potential hazards in the event of impro-
per use of this appliance.
• This appliance must not be immersed in water, or any li-
quid whatsoever.
• Complete instructions for cleaning the surfaces that are
in contact with food and the whole appliance in complete
safety are detailed in the "Cleaning & Care" section of this
manual.
• The appliance can be used both indoors and outdoors.
• The power cord must be checked regularly for signs of
deterioration.
• We recommend that you examine this appliance on a re-
gular basis. To prevent potential hazard, do not use the
appliance if the power cord, the plug or the appliance it-
self is damaged. if the power cord is damaged it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its After-sales service, or a
similarly qualified person to prevent potential hazard.
• in the event of a breakdown or malfunction, or if the
appliance is damaged, it must be repaired by an appro-
ved Riviera & Bar service Centre professional. Please
contact the Riviera & Bar Customer Relations service at
info@arb-sas.fr who will tell you how to proceed.

• it is essential to disconnect the appliance's power cord
from the power supply in the following cases:
- When left unattended
- After use
- Before cleaning or care.
- in case of malfunction.
• The appliance must be powered by a circuit including a
residual current device (RCD) with a rated differential cur-
rent no higher than 30 mA.
• only connect the appliance to an outlet with a grounded
power supply that meets electrical safety requirements
currently in force.
• To avoid overloading the power grid, do not connect other
devices to the same circuit.
• Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to that indicated on the
data tag on the appliance.
• unroll the power cord completely.
• Do not pull on the power cord or the appliance itself to unplug it.
if an extension cord is required, use a grounded extension cord, and
make sure that the power supply is powerful enough to cater for the
appliance. The extension cord must be completely unrolled.
• Make sure that the power cord and any extension cords are not obs-
tructing the passage, to prevent the appliance from tipping over.
• Do not place the appliance near a source of heat and do not allow the
power cord to touch a hot surface.
• To eliminate the risk of fire, place the appliance on a non-heat-sen-
sitive surface (do not use on plate glass surfaces, varnished tables,
plastic tablecloths, etc.) and make sure it is at a distance of at least 20
cm from any walls or partitions. The space above the appliance must
be clear, as should the ventilation space located underneath. Place
the appliance on a flat, horizontal and dry non-slip surface capable of
supporting its weight (17.9 kg).
