Flue gas discharge system

For a connection to an existing chimney (different
from the class 1 chimney in the UK), a flexible SS pipe is
recommended for the discharge of flue gases.
!Caution
When constructed in a mantelpiece/fire-
place connected to an existing chimney
in Great Britain (class 1 chimney), the
separately supplied English description
'Fitting into a conventional class 1 chimney'
also applies. In addition to the installation
instructions, this booklet also contains sup-
plementary tests.
In case of the Global Beau CF, a ø130mm decorative pipe
is supplied which will fall over the first 500 mm of the
discharge system.
!Caution
This pipe only has a decorative function
and is therefore not part of the flue gas
discharge system.
6.5.1 General

The passage to the outside is made with a roof terminal
(see section 6.5.2).
