Uitklappen van het roeiapparaat
Stap / Step 1
Stap 1: Voor het uitklappen houdt u de aluminium balk vast en
drukt u met uw voet op de vergrendelingshendel.
Stap 2: Trek de aluminium balk aan de pivot greep naar boven.
Verzeker uw zelf ervan de u de vergrendeling vast hoort klikken
voor een stabiele positie.
Inklappen van het roeiapparaat
Stap / Step 1
Stap 1: Voor inklappen trekt u aan de voetsteunen en drukt u de
vergrendelinghendel in. Duw het roeiapparaat langzaam naar de
grond.
Stap 2: Duw de aluminium balk met beide handen omhoog totdat
u een klik hoort zodat de balk goed vast zit.

Unfolding of the rowing machine
Schritt / Step 2
Step 1: Hold the alloy beam and press the fixation knob with
your foot.
Step 2. Lift up the ALUMINUM BEAM by pulling up the Pivot
handle. Make sure, that the folding knob has snapped in and the
rowing machine has a stabile stand!

Schritt / Step 2
Step 1: For folding, lift up the rower by pulling up the
foot rest strap and pressing the fixation knob.
Step 2: Lift up the ALUMINUM BEAM untill it has been snapped
in and it is properly secured.
