Step 3
1. Assemble the foot pedals (10) to the main frame (22). Slide axle (16) into the first
pedal (10), then into the hole in the main frame (22), thereupon slide the second
pedal (10) onto the axle.
2. Finally fasten the pedals by using bolt (91) and flat washer (77).
