Instructions for use
All models are accompanied by an instruction manual. Please check if all parts of the packing

All parts, which are touched by foodstuff, are stainless, resisting to odour and foodstuff and

The accessories keep always a distance of at least 5 mm from the wall and of 2 mm from

the bottom of the recipient due to the pro-tective cap and the safety blade. Any contact or
damage of the recipient by rotational tools is thus avoided.
The ESGE hand blender is provided for a continuous use of 5 minutes. It is normal when the
housing becomes warm during use. Please let the machine cool down after this operation time.
Do not leave the appliance constantly in water/liquid or in a hot recipient. The rising steam may
cause motor damages.
Clean the appliance immediately after use. The ESGE-Zauberstab
in private households, should be kept in the wall holder near the stove and not above the stove.
The machine should not be exposed to constant steam (as usual in large kitchens) in order to
avoid steam penetrating into the housing and causing damages of the machine.
Important safeguards
1. Please read the following information and keep it for future
reference.
2. This device may be used by children aged 8 years and over,
and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacities or lack of experience and knowledge, as long as
they are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use
of the device and understand the potential hazards. Children
must not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance
must not be carried out by children without supervision.
3. Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
4. Connect the appliance only to an AC power supply with the
voltage indicated on the rating plate.
5. Do not operate this appliance with an external timer or
remote control system.
6. The handle must never be immersed into the liquid.
7. Do not clean the appliance in the dishwasher.
8. Switch on the appliance only after putting it into a jug with
flat bottom.
