• fase 1
: sturen van de NULST door de automaat --> wegvallen van de schroefresultaten. Dit commando van
de automaat is niet verplicht.
• fase 2
: de stuurkast ontvangt de cyclus n°1 --> de echo cycle n°1 is gevalideerd (indien de cyclus gepro-
grammeerd is).
• fase 3
: de stuurkast ontvangt de "start cyclus" --> validatie van het "in cyclus".
• fase 4
: op het einde van de cyclus valideert de stuurkast een "goed" of "fout" schroefresultaat naar de auto-
maat.
• fase 5
: het signaal "in cyclus" wordt nul wanneer het systeem zijn handelingen volledig afgewerkt heeft .
Om de cyclustijd te optimaliseren, kan de automaat of de numerieke sturing kan zich synchroniseren op het signaal
"resultaat OK" of "resultaat NOK", maar het schroefsysteem is pas klaar om nieuwe commando's te ontvangen
(NULST,enz,...) als het signaal "in cyclus" weggevallen is".
