• Always wear shock-resistant eye protection with
side shields while operating the device.

• Ensure that the device is always securely seated on
the workpiece and cannot slip away.
Operational hazards
• Hold the device properly to be able to react to nor-

• Keep a firm footing and keep your balance at all
times.
• Use suitable body protection equipment for your
personal protection, such as hearing and eye pro-

type and use of the driving-in device, reduces the
risk of injuries.
• When working, hold the driving-in device in such
a way that the head and body cannot be injured in
the event of a possible recoil due to a power supply
incident or hard spots in the workpiece.
• Never trigger the driving-in device into empty space.
In this way, you avoid hazards from free-flying driv-
en-in fasteners and overstressing of the device.
• When transporting, disconnect the power tool from
the compressed air supply, especially when using
ladders or moving in an unaccustomed position.
• At the workplace, only carry the single-action tool
by the handle and not with the trigger actuated.
• Pay attention to the workplace conditions. Driven-in
fasteners can potentially penetrate thin workpieces
or slide off workpieces when working on corners
and edges, thereby endangering persons.

Hazards in the workplace
• Slips, trips and falls are major causes of work-
place accidents. Pay attention to slippery surfaces
caused by the use of the device and also to tripping
hazards caused by the air pressure hose.
• Extra caution should be exercised in unknown en-
vironments. There may be hidden hazards, such as
electrical cables or other supply lines.
• This device is not intended for use in hazardous ar-
eas and is not insulated against contact with elec-
trical energy.
• Ensure that there are no electrical cables, gas
pipes, etc. that could cause a hazard if damaged
by the device.
Hazards due to dust and exhaust gases
• If the device is used in an area where static dust is
present, it may swirl up the dust, causing a hazard.
• The air nail gun shall be operated and maintained
in accordance with the recommendations contained
in this manual to minimise the release of dust and
vapours.
• The exhaust air must be discharged in such a way
that the whirling up of dust in a dust-filled environ-
