Troubleshooting:
Problem: I experience pain when I use the breast pump.
Solution 1: One of the reasons can be the too high vacuum level. Maybe you do not need the full vacuum power of the breast pump.
At first use the stimulation or massage mode. If you still feel pain, stop using the breast pump and consult your breastfeeding advisor. If the pump
does not come away easily from the breast, it may be necessary to break the vacuum by placing a finger between the breast and the silicone shield.
Solution 2: Use a warm towel to apply warm compress on breast and do massage with a little bit downward gesture for about 5 minutes, then try the pumping again. If you
still feel pain, stop using the breast pump and consult your breastfeeding advisor.
Problem: The breast pump does not work.
Solution: Please, first check if you have assembled the breast pump correctly. To prevent interference keep other electric equipment, like mobile phone or laptop, away from
the breast pump while expressing. Check the battery and if needed charge it. If it still can not work, please contact to the aftersales service.
Problem: I do not feel any suction.
Solution: Check whether all breast pump connections are secure. Disassemble and assemble the pump (figure III; figure IV). Assembling your breast pump, make sure all
pieces are clean and not damaged. While pumping, make sure the breast shield is completely sealed around your breast.
Problem: There is milk overflow.
Solution: Turn off the breast pump. Disassemble the breast pump. Use a damp (not wet) cloth to wipe the breast pump. Clean other components according to clean and
sanitize section. When all components are dry, reassemble (figure IV).
Usage and storage conditions:
Keep the breast pump out of direct sunlight as prolonged exposure may cause discoloration. Store the breast pump and its accessories in a safe, clean and dry place without
direct sunlight and away from heat sources. If the appliance has been stored in a hot or cold environment, place it in the usage environment to let it reach a temperature
within the usage conditions (10°C - 30°C) before you use it.
