The battery pack is not attached to
the blower.
There is no electrical contact
between the blower and battery.
The battery pack charge is
depleted.
The battery pack or blower is
too hot.

SOLUTION
◾
Attach the battery pack to the blower.
◾
Remove battery pack, check contacts and
reinstall the battery pack.
◾
Charge the battery pack.
◾
Cool the battery pack and blower until their
temperature drops below 67°C.
◾
Contact EGO Customer Service for repair.
◾
Remove the battery pack, allow the battery
pack and blower to warm up indoors. It is
recommended to fully charge the battery
pack and start the blower at low speed
without activating the Turbo mode.
◾
Use 4.0 or higher Ah battery packs.
◾
Contact EGO Customer Service for repair.

Charge the battery pack.

Contact EGO service for repair.

Remove the battery pack, then clear the
debris.
