7. Before connecting, make sure that the plate data
corresponds with the mains electrical supply.
The data plate is located on the appliance.
8. Install it according to the manufacturer's instructions
An incorrect installation can cause damage to people,
animals or property for which the manufacturer accepts
no responsibility.
9. Always and only use it in a vertical position. Position the
appliance in an appropriate environment and on a stable
and plane surface, levelled at least at 60cm from the ground.
10. Always unreel the cable completely during use.
11. The appliance is equipped with a power cord with plug
(Y-type connection). If the power cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer, his technical service
or a similarly qualified person in order to eliminate all
possible risks.
12. Install it in such a way that the switches and other controls
cannot be reached by persons using the bath or shower.
13. Do not use extensions, if not with particular care.
14. Keep the appliance at a distance of at least 1m from other
objects (fig. 2).
14a. To avoid the risk of fire, keep the outlets and air intakes
of the appliance at a distance of at least 1 m from any
object, curtains, tissues or flammable materials.
14b. Do not permit the area around the humidifier to
become damp or wet. If dampness occurs, turn the
output of the humidifier down. If the humidifier output
volume cannot be turned down, use the humidifier
intermittently. Do not allow absorbent materials,
such as carpeting, curtains, drapes, or tablecloths, to
become damp.
14c. This product releases mist. Do not place the appliance
directly on wooden furniture, pavements or any surface
which may be damaged by water. Manufacturer does not
accept any liability for damage in the case of the unit
being placed incorrectly.
14d. Avoid placing this product where the humidity spout is
pointed directly at an object or person.
