14. Re-lubrication of motor bearings
The motor bearings are pre-lubricated on delivery.
After approx. 3000 operating hours, the bearings must
be re-lubricated.
Before re-lubrication, the bottom plug

in the motor flange and the plug in the
bearing cover must be removed to ensure
that old and excess grease can run out.
When lubricating for the first time, use twice the amount
of lubricating grease as the lubricating channel is still
empty.

The recommended grease type is Asonic GHY 72,
which is a polycarbamide-based lubricating grease.
15. Disposal
This product and its parts must be disposed of in accor-
dance with environmental protection regulations.
1. The local public or private disposal companies should
be consulted in this regard.
2. If there is no organization of this kind or it is refused
to accept the materials used in the product, the
product or any environmentally hazardous materials
can be taken to the nearest Biral company or work-
shop.
