Rules: Single, Network, Range:

Single: Here you can add a single IP address.
•
Range: Here you can add an IP range.
•
Network: Here you can enter an IP address with subnet mask.
Example:
You want to grant access to the IP range 192.168.0.1 to 192.255.255.255.
Following IP range 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.255.255 shall be blocked.
Result:
Only IP addresses in the range of 192.168.0.1 – 192.168.0.255 are granted access.
Usually there will always be an overlap between granted and not granted access of IP addresses.
