Het menu bevat drie items: PlatinumSecure Options, SmartCard
Manager en Change Password.
PlatinumSecure Options
Klik op de knop PlatinumSecure Options om het SmartCard Options-
venster te openen. Dit venster biedt u flexibele mogelijkheden voor
het instellen van verschillende privacybeveiligingsfuncties voor een
groot aantal gebruikers.

Disable SmartCard Authentication
Als u Disable PlatinumPAS (PlatinumPAS uitschakelen) selec-
teert, wordt het PlatinumPAS Preboot-authentiseringssysteem uit-
geschakeld.
Als u Disable PlatinumSecure selecteert, wordt de Platinum-
Secure Windows-inlogauthentisering met de SmartCard uitgescha-
keld, wat betekent dat de beveiliging van uw pc en andere opties
van System Lock Option (Systeemvergrendelingsoptie) en Pass-
word Option (Wachtwoordoptie) worden uitgeschakeld. Voor
deze selectie moet een SmartCard-wachtwoord worden opgegeven.
