Shows each parameter of the selected D1 menu.
D3 - D4 (Parameter Values):
Shows the value or option of the selected D2
parameter.

D3 - D4: Parameter value display
After 15 minutes without pressing any key,
the display shows a horizontal segment in D4.
It is reactivated when pressing the key ENTER,
ESC, UP or DOWN.
