Hooking in the lift-off element (5)

Hook the lift-off element into the bottom retai-
ner of the quick-acting coupling (A).

Allow the hinged lock of the lift-off element
to lock into place in the quick-acting coupling
(B).
Installing the snow blade (6)

Position the snow blade on the lift-off ele-
ment, and secure it with pins.
Installing the swivel lever (7)

Insert the swivel lever into the retainer of the
snow blade, and secure it with the folding split
pin.
Installing the lifting lever (8)

Insert the lifting lever at the right side into the
guide of the lift-off element, and secure it with
the locking split pin.

OPERATION

Checks before operation
WARNING!
Always perform a visual check prior to
start-up.
Do not operate the machine if the opera-
ting and/or fastening parts are loose, da-
maged, or worn out.
Do not exceed the permissible maximum
speed of 5 km/h.
WARNING!
Operating mistake!
Prior to starting up the unit, read
and observe the operating instruc-
tions and safety instructions!
Check the general condition:
Signs of damage
All nuts and bolts are tight
All guards and covers are fitted
Decoupling / coupling the snow blade (9)

Unlock the snow blade.

Lift the complete snow blade out of the quick-
acting coupling. If necessary, rise the snow
blade lightly.
Coupling the snow blade

Coupling is in reverse sequence.

Lifting (10)
During a normal trip, you must raise the snow
blade. To do this:

Push the lift-off element lever (2) downwards.

For snow-clearing, swing the lever of the lift-
off element (2) upwards.
Swivel lever (11)
If necessary, use the swivel lever (1) to swing and
lock the snow blade to the left or right (20° or 30°
in either direction). To do this:

Lift the swivel lever (1) and let it lock into place
at the required position.
Adjusting the gliding plates (12)
Adjust the gliding plates (12) at both sides to the
surface you want to work on. To do this:

Swing the locking lever (11) upwards.
2
Rotate the gliding plate (10) to adjust it to the
required height.
3
Swing the locking lever (11) back down.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Clean the snow-clearing blade after each use
with a brush, cloth, or a similar item. Remove
heavy dirt accumulation with a normal water
hose - do not use a high-pressure cleaner!
Lubricate all moving parts with off-the-shelf
lubricating grease.
Changing the plastic strip on the snow blade
(13)
When the plastic strip of the snow blade is worn
out, rotate it through 180° or replace it. To do this:

Release fastening screws and nuts.

Rotate the plastic strip through 180°, or re-
place it.
3
Screw the plastic strip back on.
Professional inspection required:
After running into an obstacle
After damaging the snow-clearing blade
Adjusting the retracting spring of the safety
folding blade (14)
Adjust the release force of the snow blade at the
two retracting springs (13) of the safety folding
blade to the requirements.
