13 Transport and Disposal
Preparation for transport, protection against freezing and meas-
ures for longer periods of non-use
Drying out the appliance
We recommend that you dry out the appliance if it will not be used for an extended
period of time. this protects the appliance from frost damage.
Prerequisite: The appliance must be ready for operation.

Danger of scalding by hot steam
Make sure that you do not burn yourself on the hot steam that escapes
from the steam pipe during the drying process.

As soon as no more steam is escaping, turn the valve switch anticlockwise
to close the valve.
