9. Warranty
The manufacturer offers the following independent warranty declaration for the „MiniSwing" scratch brush
product:
1. Area of product use
The warranty applies only to products that are used correctly and as they were intended.
2. Warranty period
The warranty period covers the period up to 10,000 operating hours but a maximum of two years. It begins with the
product's risk transfer to the purchaser using the machine as intended for the first time.
Warranty claims shall only be considered which are submitted to the manufacturer within the warranty period in text
form, i.e. in writing, by fax or by e-mail. No defects notified after the expiry of the warranty period will be acknowledged.
3. Content of the warranty
Our warranty represents an independent extension of the legal warranty against defects.
We also cover any defects which, following the transfer of risk, occur within the warranty period and which are notified
to us within this period.
