5.6. Brushes
The brushes must be changed once they have worn down and are demonstrating only inadequate cleaning performance
on the animals.
Changing the brushes
1. Unfasten the screw on the brush and remove the clamping plate
2. Pull off the brush and replace with the new brush
3. Assemble the parts in reverse order. Secure screw with threadlocker.
Brush cleaning
The brush element should be cleaned every 6 weeks with a suitable disinfectant. (For example INTERKOKASK Spray
#299698 from Albert KERBL GmbH)
5.7. Entire machine
The entire machine must be cleaned on a regular basis.
The gears, motor and electrical components must not be cleaned with high-pressure cleaners.
Only clean the control box with a damp sponge / cloth!
