Operation
4.26 Using the fan
The fan is located in the back of the hob with the extractor
facing downwards.
Important:
Do not put the cover onto the induction hob! Risk of
burning!
4.26.1 Switching the fan on and off
1. Press the ON/OFF key
power setting 0 appears and a short signal will sound.
The controls are ready for operation.
2. The touch control
immediately afterwards. A power setting will be switched
on.

......... Center ....Setting 5
......... Right .......Setting P
Press the corresponding sensor fi eld to set the fan power
level.
Automatic function
1. Select the cooking zones and the cooking level.
2. To select the automatic mode, press the fan sensor fi eld
(approx. 3 sec.) until an A for automatic mode is shown in
the display.
3. The fan level is now automatically controlled according to
the set cooking levels.
The automatic mode regulates slightly delayed and gradually
according to the set cooking levels.
You can switch back to manual mode at any time by
pressing the sensor fi eld.
Hint
In order to ensure that extraction functions well with tall
cooking pots (e.g. pots used for cooking asparagus), you
can place a wooden spoon under the lid of the pot.
