Charge the appliance's built-in battery exclusively using the original
accessory parts.
The appliance must only be operated with the original power supply unit
T10.
If the electrolyte solution leaks out of the battery, avoid contact with eyes,
mucous membranes and skin. Rinse immediately with plenty of clean
water and consult a doctor. The electrolyte solution can cause irritation.

WARNING! Risk of injury from cutting
Do not use the appliance with a damaged or fractured cutter head.
The cutter head must not be disassembled.
While the appliance is switched on, do not touch the cutter head.
The appliance must be switched off:
– when mounting or removing an attachment comb.
– when you put down the appliance, e.g. when you interrupt the cutting pro-
cess briefly.
– before removing or mounting the cutter head,
– before cleaning the appliance.
Use only the original attachment combs.
Do not use a damaged attachment comb.
ATTENTION! Risk of material damage
The cutter head is a precision part. Protect it against damage.

In order to avoid increased wear of the cutter head and motor, the cutter
head must be cleaned and oiled regularly (see "Cleaning and care" on
page 20).
Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents.
The battery charger is fitted with non-slip plastic feet. As furniture is
coated with a wide array of varnishes and synthetics, and is also treated
with different care products, it cannot be fully ruled out that some of
these materials contain components that could attack and soften the
non-slip plastic feet. If necessary, place a non-slip mat under the appli-
ance.
Protect the appliance against heat (e.g. direct sunlight), chemical sub-
stances (e.g. perm agents) and mechanical damage (e.g. by dropping).
