Remote control LED [9]
Lights up when a remote control is actuated. As
soon as a remote control is connected to remote
control socket, the remote control determines the
welding current.
The rotary knob [11] sets the maximum value for
the adjustment range of the remote control. If it is set
e.g. to 100 A, 5 A -100 A can be called up with
the remote control.
LED HF [10]
Lights up when the HF function is selected.
Rotary knob welding current [11]
For stepless adjustment of the welding current.
Pulse LED [12]
Illuminates if the Pulse function is selected (pulsing
occurs between welding current I
Electrode LED [13]
Lights up when the "Electrode" welding method is
activated.
Slope LED [14]
Lights up when the "Slope" function is selected.
2-cycle: When the welding process is started,
the machine increases the current from the trigger
current to the set welding current (= current rise).
At the end of the welding process, the machine
reduces the current from the set welding current to
min. current (= current reduction).
4-cycle: When the welding process is started, the
machine increases the current from the starting cur-
rent to the set welding current (= current rise). At the
end of the welding process, the machine reduces
the current from the set welding current to the final
current (= current reduction).
TIG LED [15]
Lights up when the "TIG" welding method is
activated.
2-cycle LED [16]
Lights up when the "2-cycle" operating mode is
selected (only with TIG welding method).

Illuminates if Job 2 selected.
Flashes after saving of Job 2.
Job 2 button [20]
Press for at least 3 s, saves the current settings as a
job.
Quick press, calls up the saved job.

Welding torch control plug socket [23]
The control plug of the TIG torch is inserted into this
socket.
Electrode welding
▸
Observe the manufacturer's instructions when
selecting a suitable stick electrode.
The electrode diameter is dependent on the thick-
ness of the material to be welded.
Connect electrode holder
The polarity of the electrode depends on the elec-
trode type and the welding method.
▸
Observe the manufacturer's instructions on the
electrode packaging.
