Mounting the solar monitor with the wall-mounting box

NOTICE! Damage hazard
Before drilling any holes, ensure that no electrical cables or other parts of the vehicle
can be damaged by drilling, sawing or filing.
1. Fix the wall-mounting box to the wall using the supplied screws.
2. Fix the front panel of the solar monitor to the wall-mounting box using the mounting screws.

Before first use
8.1
Calibrating the maximum solar power input
When using the solar monitor for the first time or when replacing the solar system, the maximum
solar power input must be calibrated depending on the nominal output of the solar system used.

NOTE
• Ensure that the solar panels are exposed to optimal sunlight.
• Ensure that the house battery is not fully charged, otherwise the solar charger will
reduce the charging current.
• Ensure that the sun symbol is displayed (chapter "Sun symbol" on page 11). If the
sun symbol is flashing, load the house battery with a consumer until the sun symbol
stops flashing and the solar charger is charging at full charging current.
1. Press the
button to switch the solar monitor on.
2. Press the
button to open the solar system information menu.
✔ The recent charging current (A) is displayed.
3. Press and hold the

Setting the time and date
When using the solar monitor for the first time or if the solar monitor has not been supplied with
solar power for more than 15 minutes the time and date must be set.
1. Press the
