Using the solar monitor
4. Press the
button to save each setting.
✔ Time and date are set.
✔ "Set On" flashes.
5. Set the timer (chapter "Activating the timer for time controlled switching output" on page 14
and chapter "Deactivating the timer for time controlled switching output" on page 16) or press
the
button until "LEd" is displayed.
6. Adjust the LED back light (chapter "Setting the LED back light" on page 16) or press the
button to save the settings.
✔ The settings menu is closed and the start screen appears.

Using the solar monitor
9.1
Switching the solar monitor on and off

NOTE
In standby mode, the LED back light is turned off. No information is shown on the dis-
play except "On" and "Charge" if applicable.
➤ Press the
button to switch the solar monitor on.
✔ The display remains active until further settings.
➤ Press the
button to switch the solar monitor to standby mode.
9.2
Programming a start screen
The start screen appears when the device is switched on.
Any values from the solar system information menu can be set as the start screen.
1. Press the
button to open the solar system information menu.
2. Press the
button to switch through the solar system information menu until the desired
value is displayed.
3. Press and hold the
✔ "HOME" is displayed.
✔ The settings are saved.

Activating the timer for time controlled switching output

NOTE
The switching output can be set voltage controlled or time controlled. If activated,
setting a start and end timer automatically deactivates the voltage control.
