Problem resolution
Repeat the registration procedure by connecting to the
Wi-Fi network generated by the product and wait for
the App to show again the networks you can connect
to. Select the desired one and re-enter the correct pas-
sword.
Restore Internet connection.
Server maintenance may be in progress. It usually
doesn't last longer than a few hours. Wait and verify
the error is no longer shown and the Wi-Fi icon has
stopped blinking.
Wether the problem persists, remove the radiator from
the App, restore the product Wi-Fi of in Access Point
mode and repeat the entire registration procedure as if
the product were new.
If the error comes out after successfully completing the
registration it means that the Wi-Fi signal received by
the radiator is too weak or variable and it is not pos-
sible to reset the connection. In this case move the
radiator to another position or amplify the Wi-Fi signal.
The product is automatically reset in Access Point
mode to be able to repeat the entire registration proce-
dure from the beginning.
Turn off the product with the main switch for 1min and
then turn it on again.
Wether the problem persists, try turning it off for at le-
ast 1 hour to clear the internal temporary memory and
then switch it on again.
