After the charging process is complete,
allow the rechargeable battery to rest for
around 15 minutes before initiating the next
rechargeable battery discharge.
The maximum capacity is reached after fully

charging and discharging three times. This
applies both to initial commissioning as well
as after a long period of storage.

Welding operation
 Isolate the charger from the battery.
 Connect the battery cable to the welder.

 Switch the MobilePower battery on using the On/Off
button (4). The button needs to be pushed for 3 sec-
onds when switching on/off, for safety reasons, until all
LEDs on the charge indicator come on. Then release
the button.
Observe the following:

First, connect the battery cable to the ma-
chine coupling on the welder and then switch
the MobilePower battery pack on.

Always switch the MobilePower battery

coupling of the battery cable.
Never disconnect the battery cable when
operating the welding machine.
Operating conditions
all LEDs light up green = maximum charge
Left LED lights up yellow = residual capacity will last for
another 1 - 2 electrodes
Left LED flashing yellow = the battery needs charging

Welding with remote control
The button on the remote control (6) has the same
function as the on/off button (4) on the control panel.
 Switching on: Hold the button down for 3 seconds.
The green LED comes on to indicate readiness for
operation.
 Switching off: Hold the button down for 3 seconds. The
LED goes out. The battery is switched off.
