i) Recording/Playback Function
You can record and play back up to 66 notes that you play on the keyboard.
• When a demo song or an accompanying rhythm is played, stop it with the button „STOP" (14) first.
• Start recording with the button „RECORD" (4). A metronome sound is now audible.
Set the speed of the metronome with the buttons „FAST" and „SLOW" (13). The button „FAST" is used to
increase speed, the button „SLOW" to reduce it.
• Play on the keyboard.
• Push the PLAYBACK/EFFECT" (6) button to start playback.
After the end of playback, the metronome sound is audible again. Either start playback again with the
button „PLAYBACK/EFFECT" (6) or start a new recording with the button „RECORD" (4), see above.
• The button „STOP" (14) leaves the function. The recording is deleted.
j) Exercise Melody
• When a demo song or an accompanying rhythm is played, stop it with the button „STOP" (14) first.
• Briefly push the button „Guide" (16).
• Then push one of the 6 left white buttons to start one of the 6 pieces of music (the right white buttons are
also assigned to the same 6 pieces of music).
Playback starts.
• The buttons „FAST" and „SLOW" (13) set the speed. The button „FAST" is used to increase speed, the
button „SLOW" to reduce it.
• While playing on the keyboard, the melody of the piece of music is muted. If no key on the keyboard is
pushed for about 3 seconds, the melody sounds again.
• The button „STOP" (14) leaves the function.
k) Rhythm Exercise
• When a demo song or an accompanying rhythm is played, stop it with the button „STOP" (14) first.
• Briefly push the button „ONE KEY" (15).
• Then push one of the 6 left white buttons to start one of the 6 pieces of music (the right white buttons are
also assigned to the same 6 pieces of music).
Playback of the accompanying rhythm of the piece of music starts.
• The buttons „FAST" and „SLOW" (13) set the speed. The button „FAST" is used to increase speed, the
button „SLOW" to reduce it.
• Now play on the keyboard.
It doesn't matter which button you push. The melody is always played correctly. The sense of this exer-
cise is not to hit the right notes but the right timing.
• The button „STOP" (14) leaves the function.
