OPERATION
Keep warm function
Keep warm function allows you to keeping food warm on a cooking zone. The selected cooking
zone operates at a low heat setting. With this feature, ready to serve, warm food retains its taste
and does not stick to the pot's bottom. This function can be used to melt butter or chocolate.
For the keep food warm function to operate correctly, use a flat base pot or frying pan, so
that base temperature is accurately measured by the temperature sensor fitted in the cooking
zone. The Keep Warm function can be activated for any cooking zone. Due to a risk of the
growth of microorganisms, it is not recommended to keep food warm for a long time, so the
Keep Warm function is switched off after 2 hours.
The different keep warm temperatures can be set for cooking zone, namely 40°C, 70°C or 90°C.
To activate the keep warm function, select the cooking zone (heat levels must be lit-up, then
press the multifunction sensor (3). The menu appears.
After pressing „
" symbol, keep warm function appear. Now you can select one of three
keep warm levels.
Warming
When you set the function for the selected cooking zone, instead of the heat level, the dis-
play shows the keep warm symbol.
To disable the keep warm function, select the cooking zone and set the cooking heat level.
