2. Information about the motor features
2.1. Designated use
The motor type SEM Plus must only be used for operating awnings.
2.2. Properties
In order to protect the hangings, the drives have a selfprogramming overload detec
tion in the upwards direction after the end limit setting has been completed.
Further notes:
The airborne noise of the motor is significantly below 70 dB (A). Depending on the type
of the roller shutter/awning/screen a strengthening of the sound intensity of the motor
is possible. It can be reduced by use of appropriate measures (e.g. insulation of the
box, using noise protection plugs, etc.).
