• The crash sensor must be replaced after every hard impact, blow or deep scratch as it loses the
protection it offers as a result. Regularly check your crash sensor for visible defects!
9. WARRANTY/GUARANTEE
This product has been manufactured to the highest quality standards, tested and approved
according to the relevant standards. In addition to the replacement warranty, the buyer is
entitled to a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase on the material and
workmanship with presentation of proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage
caused by accident, misuse, alterations to the product, normal wear and tear and improper
handling of the product.
Carefully read the sections 1. GENERAL PURPOSE OF USE AND GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION,
8. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS and 9.1. CRATONI REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.
In the following cases, the warranty will end early.
• If the product has been sold or transferred to third parties.
• If the manufacturer' s name, the serial number, the product label or other labels have been
changed or removed.
• If an unauthorised person has tried to disassemble, repair or modify the product.
9.1. CRATONI REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
As a special guarantee service in the event of a fall, CRATONI offers the CRATONI Replacement
Guarantee in addition to the statutory 2-year warranty: CRATONI replaces any crash sensor
that has become unusable after a crash, with a value of up to 50% of the recommended retail
price. This is applicable for the first owner and only within a period of 3 years after the date of
purchase. To get a new crash sensor, fill in the form on https://cratoni.com/en/customer-service
and send the defective crash sensor to the respective CRATONI distributor in your country. You
can find out the sales partner's address from info@cratoni.com or phone +49 (7183) 939300.
We can only accept prepaid shipments. Enclose the original proof of purchase and a detailed
description of the cause of the accident with the shipment. The helmet sent in will be replaced
for you at 50% of the recommended retail price with cash on delivery.
