backwards and forward [4].
4. After everything has been adjusted
tighten all the nuts and bolts securely (as
indicated in the torque table in the Safety
section.
5. Check regularly between trips if the
nuts and bolts are tightened sufficiently.
TIPS
● Ladies will find a horizontal position of
the saddle (or the front pointing slightly
downwards the most comfortable. A
saddle with front slightly raised is most
comfortable for men.
● Take care when parking not to place
the saddle against a rough wall, to avoid
damage.

● A saddle covered in leather can if it is
wet let free water. You should take this
into account with your clothing.
HANDLEBARS AND STEERING TUBE
The handlebars also have an important
role in a pleasant seating position. By
adjusting the steering tube position higher
or lower, the position of the back and the
pressure of the hands on the handlebars
will be determined. With all the beach
cruisers the steering tube is clamped in
the steering house by the expander. The
steering tube can be adjusted as follows;
1. Loosen the expander bolt by about
4 turns [5]. You can reach this bolt by
adjusting the handlebars fully forward
and removing the protective cap (raise it
carefully with a screwdriver)
2. Set the correct height and secure the
bolt again with the socket-head wrench
supplied.
3. Check that the handlebars are secure
and fix the cap or plug again [6].
The position of the handlebars can also be
set to the position required. Loosen the
clamp bolt by a little more than a turn.
Rotate the hadlebars tube and tighten the
bolt again thoroughly.
TIPS

● For both the saddle tube and the
steering tube - there must be at least 7 cm
in the frame tube! Usually this position is
shown by marks and a warning.
