Connection

Before connecting, disconnect the mixer and all other devices which are to be connected to the
mixer from the mains voltage (unplug power unit or mains plug from the socket).
or connecting the cinch in and outputs, use only shielded cinch cables suitable for this purpose.
or connecting the microphone inputs, please use only suitable microphone cables. Using the
wrong cables can cause interferences.
To avoid distortion or mismatching which may damage the mixer, only connect output devices with
a cinch output to the cinch inputs of the mixer. Only devices with cinch inputs may be connected
to the mixer's cinch outputs.
Also observe the values stated in the „Specifications".
The following applies to all RCA connections:
• The white RCA socket on the mixer is the connection for the left channel.
• The red RCA socket on the mixer is the connection for the right channel.
Inputs CHANNEL 1 and CHANNEL 2
There are two stereo cinch inputs available to which you can connect your reproduction devices, e.g. radio, CD player,
MP3 player, record player, etc. These inputs are variable inputs which can be influenced by their respective selection
switches (4 and 6). Depending on the switch position, these inputs can be used to connect a record player or a CD
player (or similar line device).
Before connecting, check the position of the respective selection switch (4 or 6). Set the switch to
the right position. Before switching over, always switch off the mixer at the POWER switch (10).
LN position > a line device (CD player, tape deck etc.) is connected to the input sockets.
PH position > a record player (with magnetic system) is connected to the input sockets.
MASTER OUTPUT (21)
Connect the MASTER OUTPUT to a free cinch input of your amplifier (e.g. AUX).
