Actuate the spindle lock button only when the grinder spindle is at a standstill.
Otherwise, the machine may become damaged.
With this button depressed rotate the wheel until it has profoundly gone deeper.
Unscrew fixing flange (F) by a special wrench. Place the new wheel (G) on the
support flange (H) with the inscriptions facing up, and screw down flange (F)
using the lock nut wrench.
When using diamond cutting discs, pay attention that the direction-of-rotation
arrow on the diamond cutting disc and the direction of rotation of the machine
(see direction-of-rotation arrow on the machine head) agree.
If the wheel thickness is less then 6 mm, place the fixing flange (F) with
its flat side towards the wheel. If the wheel is thicker than 6 mm, place the fixing
flange (F) to the spindle so that the flange step enters the wheel opening.
Metalbrushes:
The cup brush/disc brush must be able to be screwed onto the grinder spindle
until it rests firmly against the grinder spindle flange at the end of the grinder
spindle threads. Tighten the cup brush/disc brush with an open-end spanner.
Plastic backing pad:
Grinding with sandpaper is performed with plastic backing pad, under which
sandpaper is fastened.
In order to check whether the spindle stop is released before you switch
on the tool, turn the spindle slightly.
Let the machine run for a short period of time and in a safe position. If the
machine does not run easily, stop working immediately.
Observe the permissible rotational/ circumferential speed on the label of the
grinding tool.
Instructions for Use

it in the necessary operating position (see Fig.4). Release the fastening lever
to a stable position in which the wheel guard is fixed (the fixing lever tooth
enters into one of the guard grooves) (see Fig. 3).
Rotating the wheel guard in a new operating position:
Press the fastening lever (see Fig.3) to release it. Rotate the wheel guard to the
necessary operating position (see Gig.4). Release the fastening lever to a
