3.3 REMOTE CONTROL / FOOT PEDAL
CONFIGURATION
The welding machine can be configured in such a way
that it communicates with a wireless remote control.
This is done by simply synchronizing the remote control
with the welding machine. Each synchronization is
unique, so it is possible to use multiple wireless remote
controls in the same field of use without any problems.
The range of the wireless remote control is about 100
meters. This can be influenced by the physical location
of the welding machine and the remote control.
Follow the steps below to synchronize the remote
control with the welding machine:
1) Make sure that the power source is switched off.
2) Press and hold the rotary switch, on the
power source panel, for 2 to 4 seconds, while
simultaneously switching on the machine with the
on/off switch on the back of the power source.
3) When the digital meter, on the panel of the power
source, is switched off, you release the rotary
switch. Switch on the remote control by pressing
the rotary switch on the remote control. The
digital meter, on the panel of the power source,
flashes twice to indicate that the synchronization is
successful. The synchronization must be completed
in 10 seconds after the digital meter on the power
source panel is turned off.
4) Repeat steps 1 to 3 if synchronization is not
successful.
5) During the welding process, the control panel on the
power source is functional, but the remote control or
the foot pedal has a higher priority level.
6) If the remote control is not used for 12 seconds, it
automatically switches to "sleep mode".
7) When the remote control is in "sleep mode", only
the control panel on the power source is active. The
settings that are being adjusted via the panel of
the power source at that time, are effective when
starting welding. Pressing the rotary switch, on the
remote control, again activates (wake up) it. The
control via the remote control then again has the
main priority.

INVERTER WELDER WK TIG 320 AC/DC PULSE
Follow the steps below to reset the synchronization of
the remote control with the welding machine:
1) Make sure that the power source is switched off.
2) Press and hold the rotary switch, on the power
source panel, for about 10 seconds, while
simultaneously switching on the machine with the
on/off switch on the back of the power source.
3) When the digital display (16), on the panel of the
power source, displays "rSt", the reset is successful.
Follow the steps below to connect the foot pedal to the
welding machine:
1) The foot pedal can be used with HF TIG and LIFT
TIG. Connect the foot pedal to the 10-pin control
current connection (3) of the welding machine.
The welding machine identifies the foot pedal. Set
the welding current and parameters in advance via
the control panel. During the welding process the
control panel on the power source is not functional.
2) Use the rotary switch on the side of the foot pedal
to set the maximum welding current. By pressing
the foot pedal, you determine the amount of welding
current with which you are welding. The deeper you
press the pedal, the higher the welding current. The
value preset on the welding machine is the maximum
welding current that the machine supplies when the
foot pedal is fully pressed. The rotary switch on the
side of the foot pedal is then fully opened.
3) 2-stroke or 4-stroke setting. TIG 2-stroke: With
this setting, the foot pedal needs to be pressed.
TIG 4-stroke: In this mode, you can press the foot
pedal once and release it. The welding current
then remains switched on and the welding machine
continues to supply protective gas continuously. If
you press the foot pedal again and release it, the
weld ends.
