10) LED lamp which indicates that the display (12)
shows the welding current.
11) LED lamp which indicates that saved welding
programs can be recalled. The welding machine
has 9 memory channels.
Recalling saved welding program:
Hold down the control button (27) for about 3 seconds,
until the left digital display (12) shows ' J ob' and the
LED light (11) lights up. The right digital display (16)
shows the number of the welding program (adjustable
from 1 to 9).
Set the desired program number by turning the control
knob. When the program is recalled, it is automatically
loaded.
Press the control button again or wait for 3 seconds to
return to the programming mode.
Saving selected parameters as a welding
program:
Hold down the control button (27) for about 3 seconds,
until the left digital display (12) shows ' J ob' and the
LED light (11) lights up. The right digital display (16)
shows the number of the welding program (adjustable
from 1 to 9).
Turn the control knob (27) to select the number of the
welding program, where the set parameters are saved
(as an example, welding program 1 is selected).
Press the control knob (27) to enter the programming
mode. Set the parameters which should be stored at
program 1.
Hold down the control knob (27) for about 3 seconds,
until the left digital display (12) shows ' J ob'. The right
digital display (16) shows the number of the welding
program. At that time, the parameters are stored in
welding program 1.
Press the control knob (27) or wait for 3 seconds. After
that, welding can be started. The parameters of welding
program 1 are used.
Deleting saved welding program:
It is not possible to delete a saved welding program. The
welding program can only be replaced by new parameter
settings. Repeat the aforementioned steps for saving
parameters and choose the program number you want
to replace.
12) Digital display: Ammeter / programming
mode. The digital display is used to display
both the preset welding current and the
actual amperage of the power source. In the
programming mode, it's purpose is also to display
the parameters. Depending on the programming
parameter selected, the status indicator next to
the display will light up to show the units of the
programming parameter.
13) LED lamp which indicates that the display (12)
shows the time.
14) LED lamp which indicates that the display (12)
shows the percentage.
15) LED lamp which indicates that the display (12)
shows the frequency.
16) Digital display: Voltmeter. The digital display
is used to display both the preset welding stresses
and the actual voltage of the power source. Its
purpose is also to display error codes.
17) Led lamp. This lights up when the device is
switched on.
18) When the integrated water cooler is switched on,
the system uses a pressure sensor. If the coolant
pressure is too low, this LED lamp lights up and no
welding current is generated. An error code also
appears on the display. This way the welding torch
and the water cooler are protected.
19) LED lamp to indicate that the thermostat is
activated.
20) Selection button for air cooling or water
cooling. Use this selection button to select
'water cooling 'option' (21), if you want to switch
on the water cooler and use a water-cooled torch.
Select the 'air cooling 'option' (22), when using an
air-cooled welding torch. The water cooler is then
switched off. Note: The welding machine comes
standard with a water cooler and water-cooled
TIG welding torch. Working with a water-cooled
welding torch, without water cooling, can result in
damage to the welding torch. Damage to welding
torches or parts due to insufficient water cooling is
not covered by the warranty on the machine.
21) LED lamp indicating that the air-cooled mode is
switched on.
22) LED lamp indicating that the water-cooled mode is
switched on.
23) Selection button 2-stroke or 4-stroke (only
to be used with HF TIG and LIFT TIG). TIG
2-stroke: With this setting, the torch switch needs
to be held down. TIG 4-stroke: This setting eases
the work when welding longer pieces. In this mode,
you can press the torch switch once and release it.
The welding current then remains switched on and
the welding machine continues to supply protective
gas continuously. If you press the torch switch
again and release it, the weld ends.
24) LED lamp indicating that the 2-stroke mode is
switched on.
25) LED lamp indicating that the 4-stroke mode is
switched on.
26) MMA parameter settings (no selection
button). Press the process selection button
(28) to select the MMA mode. By pressing the
control knob (27) the following parameters can be
selected and set. The lighting of the LED indicates
which parameter has been selected. The value to
