Other frames:
Ø
Loosen the 4 pre-assembled bolts (see Appendix 2, Fig. 14).
Ø
Slide the frame in the convection casing between the loosened bolts and the bolts still tight in the appliance
(see Appendix 2, Fig. 15).
Ø
Tighten the nuts. The frame is now clamped between the nuts (see Appendix 2, Fig. 16).
9.6 Adjustable feet
The adjustable feet are adjustable from inside. On these adjustable feet there is a hexagonal nut that is adjusted
with an open-end spanner. In order to adjust the feet, remove the vermiculite plates from the bottem of the
appliance (see paragraph 9.7.1.3.1 (Instyle en Prostyle 700

9.7.1.1 Outside air connection
It is possible to provide the fire with an outside air connection. This outside air connection is optionally available
as an (external air) kit. This kit can be used for a connection either on the bottom or rear of the appliance and is
available through your supplier. First determine if you want a connection on the bottom or rear side.
Proceed as follows with a connection on the bottom (see Appendix 2, Fig. 17a + 17b):
Ø
Fasten the 'pipe opening' with 4 screws to the small housing.
Ø
Remove the 4 screws on the bottom side of the appliance.
Ø
Then bring the small housing with assembled 'pipe opening' against the plate on the bottom of the appliance.
Ø
Re-use the 4 screws to assemble the small housing.
Ø
Connect the flexible hose (Ø 80 mm) to the round 'pipe opening' of the outside air connection.
Ø
Dispose of unused parts in the appropriate way.
Proceed as follows with a connection on the rear (see Appendix 2, Fig. 17c + 17d):
Ø
Use a hammer to break the rectangular plate out of the rear of the appliance.
Ø
Also break out the side baffle in the middle of the external air kit.
Ø
Fasten the 'pipe opening' with 4 screws to the small housing.
Ø
Assemble the large housing on the small housing using 2 screws and set this to the correct length for the relative
appliance.
Ø
Remove the 6 screws on the bottom side of the appliance.
Ø
Then bring the outside air connection against the plate on the bottom of the appliance.
Ø
Re-use the 6 screws to assemble the external air kit.
Ø
Connect the flexible hose (Ø 80 mm) to the round 'pipe opening' of the outside air connection.
9.7.1.2 Air slide valve
With installation and maintenance of the appliance check the operation of the air slide valve (see Appendix 2,
Fig. 18). There is the possibility that steel grit entered the air slide valve during transport. If the air slide valve does
not move smoothly it must be cleaned. The air slide valve must be disassembled to do this. The air slide valve is
suspended sprung by means of a bolt and a spring located below the cover plate.
Proceed as follows when disassembling the air slide valve (see Appendix 2, Fig. 7):
Ø
Remove the vermiculite plates and the felt from the bottom (see section 9.7.1.3.1).
Ø
Remove the 5 cover plate socket screws from the bottom.
Ø
Remove the cover plate.
Ø
If there is an outside air connection remove the 2 screws from the front strip.
You only have to remove the front strip if an exterior connection is assembled.
!Caution
Ø
Remove the socket screw with spring.
Ø
Remove the air slide valve by bringing it towards you.
Ø
Check the air slide valve and clean it if necessary.
To replace the air slide valve proceed as described for removal in reverse order.
