OPERATION
Clean the surface in contact with the meat with damp cloth before operating. Use only damp cloth to clean the
machine.
1.
Mount the worm to the head so the stud faces outside. Mount the cutting blade on quadrangular bulge
of the worm`s stud with cutting surface toward the outside. Mount the mincer plate chosen in
accordance with your own preference for blade and tighten the lock nut.
2.
Turn the switch after connecting the machine.
3.
Check the worm`s direction of rotation. (For three-phased models)
4.
If the worm rotates in the opposite direction, turn the switch in opposite direction.
5.
Do not allow meat to cover the worm while processing.
6.
Pay attention to veins and nerves before mincing. To produce meat containing veins and nerves, special
blade must be used; otherwise the machine may be damaged.
7.
In case the worm is squeezed, run the worm in the opposite direction within 2-3 seconds. To perform
this operation, turn the switch in the opposite direction.
8.
Do not operate the machine when empty.
