9. Electric Connection
a) Wire-bound Remote Control
• Install the connection cable for the remote control (5) up to the site from which you are going to control the device.
b) Mains Connection
If the mains plug is not accessible anymore for disconnecting the device from the mains after installation or
if it is accessible but with difficulty for disconnecting the device from the mains, the voltage supply must be
separated from the mains via an all-pole switch.
Ensure that the voltage indication on the device matches the mains voltage of your power supply. Never try
to operate the device with any other voltage.
Do not let the mains cable come into contact with other cables.
Be careful when handling mains cables and mains connections. Mains voltage may cause potentially fatal
electric shock.
Make sure that no cables lie around openly. Install cables professionally to prevent accidents.
• Plug the mains plug of the mains line into a mains socket with a protective ground contact for operation of the
device. However, do not plug in the mains plug. Before connecting the device to the power supply, you first have to
fill the tank with fog liquid (see "Operation/preparation").
