INSTRUCTIONS
1. General
This appliance is intended for professional use by adults. Contact with
hot oil or frying oil can cause severe burns.
2. Filter the frying oil
Filter the frying oil at a temperature not higher than 150°C and always
wear heat resistant gloves and protective clothing when filtering.
3.1 Start to filter
Switch off the deep fryer whose frying oil you want to filter. Wait for
Fig. 1 Lever in neutral position
the oil to cool sufficiently. First, scoop the coarse remains from the
deep fryer, then remove the crumb catcher (if present).
3.2 Filtering frying oil
Set the lever to suction (see fig. 2) and keep the end of the suction
tube always below the oil level, and suck the frying oil into the tank.
The deep fryer can now be cleaned.
3.3 Pumping the frying oil back in
Set the level pipe to the lowest position and put the lever to pump
(see fig. 3) and pump the frying oil through a grease filter back into
the deep fryer or to a waste container. When you stop filtering, pull
up the standpipe approx. 5cm.

WARNING:
Never keep the end of the suction tube below the oil level when
pumping back the frying oil - but always above the oil level as air
bubbles can cause the hot frying oil to splash.
