1. Plug the power cable into an earthed socket.
2. Remove the pan from the appliance by pulling the handle.

3. Place the desired food in the pan.

• Place only foods with the same preparation time and temperature in the pan, so that
the food is prepared evenly.
4. Insert the pan into the appliance. Make sure that the pan is fully inserted into the
appliance.
5. Press the standby button to turn on the appliance.
The control panel automatically switches to standby mode after 20 seconds of

inactivity. Press the standby button to turn on the control panel.

• When setting the temperature and time, follow the preparation instructions on the
food packaging. If the preparation instructions on the packaging are missing, refer to
the table below.
6. Via the control panel, you can set the temperature and time manually or choose one of
the 8 preset programmes:
• Manual setting: press the temperature controls to set the temperature. Press the time
button to set the time.
• Selecting a pre-set programme: repeatedly press the menu button to select a pre-set
programme. The icon of the chosen programme flashes. You can adjust the temperature
and time manually if necessary. Please refer to the table below for the preparation
temperature and time per pre-set programme.
