FIRE HAZARD DUE TO SHORT CIRCUIT:
• Do not use this appliance with an extension lead or power strip.
• Do not twist or kink the power cable or roll the cable up. Do not clamp the power cable
between the surface and the appliance. This can damage the cable's insulation.
• Never pull on the power cable to move the appliance or to unplug it from the earthed
socket.
• Keep the power cable away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
• Never use the device if the power cable is damaged. The power cable may only be
replaced by an authorised service technician.
• Before use, check that the voltage on the earthed socket you want to use matches
that on the type plate of the appliance (220-240 V~ 50/60 Hz). Only connect the
appliance to an earthed power socket. Damage caused by faulty voltage is not
covered by the guarantee.
FIRE HAZARD DUE TO OVERHEATING:
• Do not place the appliance on or near a hot stove, hot electric hob or hot oven.
• Always place the appliance on a heat-resistant surface.
• Never use a timer or a separate remote control that automatically turns the appliance
on or off. Do not connect the appliance to an earthed power socket that is regularly
switched on or off.
• Do not use the appliance without the pan being inserted into the appliance.
• Only prepare food that is suitable for an air fryer.
• Clean the air intake and outlet regularly to avoid dust accumulation.
• Do not block the air inlet and outlet of the appliance. Leave at least 15 cm of space
around the appliance to prevent the air inlet and outlet from being blocked.
• Do not install the appliance under a worktop or in a cabinet. This appliance is not
intended as a built-in appliance.
• Do not fill the pan above the maximum filling volume indication with food to prevent
food coming against the heating element.
• Do not place low-weight food or packaging materials in the pan. The food or
packaging material can come into contact with the heating element due to air
circulation through the pan.
• Never leave the appliance unattended while in use. Turn off the appliance, and remove
the plug from the earthed socket when you leave the room.
• Remove the plug from the earthed socket when dark smoke comes out of the appliance.
Wait until there is no more smoke coming out of the appliance before you remove the
pan from the appliance.
