SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• There should be no contact
between pads.
• Do not leave pads attached
to the skin after treatment.
• Do not use the device in the
presence of a flammable
anesthetic gas mixture, com-
pressed oxygen or nitrous
oxide.
• If the device is not functio-
ning properly, or if you feel
discomfort during use, you
should stop using it.
• Only use the device for its
intended purpose.
• Do not use the device while
wearing other electronic devi-
ces, as this may damage it.
• Do not use the device near
a mobile phone, as this may
cause it to malfunction.
• Do not bend or pull the end
of the cord.
• Replace the cord when bro-
ken or damaged.
• Do not throw the batteries
into a fire because they may
explode.
• Dispose of the device, bat-
teries and components in
accordance with applicable
legal regulations. Unlawful
disposal may cause environ-
mental pollution.
• Do not use the stimulator
during pregnancy because it
is not yet known whether it is
safe to do so.
• If you have suspected or
diagnosed heart disease,
seek advice from your doctor.
• If you have suspected or
diagnosed epilepsy, seek
advice from your doctor.
• Do not use the device:
a. If hemorrhage is likely.
b. Following recent surgical
procedures if stimulation
may disrupt the healing
process.
c. Near your eyes, to your
head or face.
• Electrode placement and
stimulation settings should be
based on the instructions of
the prescribing practitioner.
• You should only use the
leads and electrodes recom-
mended for use by the manu-
facturer.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
You may experience:
• Skin irritation or hypersen-
sitivity due to the electrical
stimulation or electrical con-
ductive gel.

2. Do not treat one area for ex-
tended periods of time (more
40 minutes a session, up to
3 times/day) because your

CONTRAINDICATIONS
The following people should
not use the device:
• Patients who have a cardiac
pacemaker, implanted defi-
brillator, or other implanted
metallic or electronic (auxil-
lary) devices. Using the de-
vice could then cause elec-
tric shock, burns, electrical
interference, or death.
• People with abnormally high
blood pressure.
• Patients with undiagnosed
pain syndromes.
• People with a tendency for
internal bleeding.
• People with epilepsy.
• Pregnant women.
• Infants and children.
• People who have lost their
mental capacity.
