Error code: Er/41
When a jam occurs, a jam error code displays on the printer control panel.
1.
Turn off the printer.
2.
Remove any loose paper from the input tray of the document feeder.
3.
Remove any jammed paper visible in the input tray area. Use both hands to remove jammed paper to avoid
tearing the paper.
4.
Lift the jam-access cover in the document feeder.
5.
Remove any jammed paper.
Clear jams in the document feeder (some models only)
