1. Connect an air hose to the air outlet of the
compressor. Connect the air hose to the air
inlet (1) of the tool. Other components, such
as a quick connector and quick coupler, make
operation more efficient, but are not
required.
ATTENTION
Do not install a quick coupling directly on the tool.
The clutch includes an air valve that allows the air
tool to maintain pressure and accidentally operate
it after the air supply is cut off.
2. The air hose must be long enough to reach the
work area and move freely while working. Do
not exceed 10 meters.
3. Turn on the air compressor according to the
manufacturer's instructions and allow the
reservoir to build up pressure until it shuts off.
4. Adjust the air compressor regulator so that
the air output is set to the recommended
working pressure of the tool; the power must
not exceed the maximum air pressure of the
tool at any time. Adjust the pressure gradually
while checking the air output gauge to set the
optimal pressure range.
5. Check all air connections for leaks. Repair all
leaks.
6. When the tool is not in use, turn off the air
supply and disconnect the air supply, safely
release the residual air pressure and release
the trigger switch and/or turn the tool's switch
to the off position to prevent accidental
actuation.

Make sure that the frame cap (6) is attached
to the air hydraulic riveting machine.
Make sure that the slot on the frame cap (6) is
facing up to avoid spilling used headpins.
2. Choose the mouthpiece [3/16", 1/8", 3/32",
5/32"] (3) that you need for the size of the
rivet to use.
3. Drill into the material you want to rivet with a
drill bit (not supplied).
When drilling rivet holes, use the same drill bit
diameter as the outer diameter.
4. Attach an air hose to the Nitto-style socket
(12) of the air-hydraulic riveter described in
the section "Connecting the Air Supply to the
Hydraulic Air Riveter" section of this manual.
5. Turn on your compressor and adjust the
regulator between 4.15 - 6.90 bar / 60-100 psi.
The air hydraulic riveter should never be larger
than 6.90 bar / 100 psi. Failure to do so may result
in injury to persons or damage to the tool.
6. Insert the shank of the rivet through the nose
piece (3) of the pneumatic riveter.
When inserting the rivets, DO NOT press the
trigger - there is a risk of injury!
7. Insert the rivet through the pre-drilled hole
into the workpiece/material from step 3 and
hold it with your hand.
8. Place the rivet gun on the rivet and now hold
the rivet gun firmly against the workpiece with
