8.2 Description of control keys for the program menu
(1) Up
Press this key to move the cursor one field higher.
(2) Down
Press this key to move the cursor one field lower.
(3) Right
Press this key to move the cursor one field to the right.
(4) Left
Press this key to move the cursor one field to the left.
(5) Enter
Press this key to open the program menu. If a menu
item has a submenu, press this key to open the submenu.

8.3 RS 232 and I/O connector
The I/O connector is used for controlling day/night operation via an external signal or for
connecting the control signal. The RS 232 connector can be used for programming the camera
using a PC and the software supplied (WIN95/98/2000/XP).
The PC software is not VdS tested. The RS 232 and I/O connections for the 230V AC model are
not VdS tested and must not be used in VdS systems. Permanent activation of the RS-232
connection is not permitted. It is for service purposes only.
