3. Functional Mode Description
3.1 Normal sports mode (MANUAL): In standby mode, press the START button to start quickly. The
rectangular window displays "3 2 1", the treadmill time is counted up (0:00-99:59, overflow starts
from 0:00 and restarts), the default speed is 1.0 km/h. The speed can be adjusted by speed plus
or minus shortcut keys. Press the stop button to stop.
3.2 HILL mode (P1-P2): In standby mode, press the "HILL" button to cycle through HILL modes P1-
P2. Use the speed plus and minus buttons to set the time, press the START button to execute the
program, and the treadmill will move according to the preset value of the fixed program. The
speed will change every (Time/20)*60 seconds. The speed can be adjusted by the speed plus and
minus buttons and shortcut keys during running, but the program default value will be restored at
the next stage of the program. Each program has 20 stages (see the fixed program table for the
fixed program values).
3.3 FATBURN MODE (P3-P4): In standby mode, press the "FATBURN" button to cycle through
FATBURN modes P3-P4. Use the speed plus and minus buttons to set the time, press the START
button to execute the program, and the treadmill will move according to the preset value of the
fixed program. The speed will change every (Time/20)*60 seconds. The speed can be adjusted by
the speed plus and minus buttons and shortcut keys during running, but the program default value
will be restored at the next stage of the program. Each program has 20 stages (see the fixed
program table for the fixed program values).
3.4 CARDIO mode (P5-P6): In standby mode, press the "CARDIO" key to cycle through CARDIO
modes P5-P6. Use the speed plus and minus keys to set the time, press the START key to
execute the program, and the treadmill will move according to the preset value of the fixed
program. The speed will change every (Time/20)*60 seconds. The speed can be adjusted by the
speed plus and minus keys and shortcut keys during running, but the program default value will be

3.5 STRENGTH MODE (P7-P9): In standby mode, press the "STRENGTH" key to cycle through
STRENGTH modes P7-P9. Use the speed plus and minus keys to set the time, press the START
key to execute the program, and the treadmill will move according to the preset value of the fixed
program. The speed will change every (Time/20)*60 seconds. During running, you can adjust the
speed through the speed plus and minus keys and shortcut keys, but the program default value
will be restored at the next stage of the program. Each program has 20 stages (see the fixed
program table for fixed program values).
3.6 HIIT Mode (P10-P12): In standby mode, press the "HIIT" button to cycle through HIIT modes P10-
P12. Use the speed plus and minus buttons to set the time, press the START button to execute
the program, and the treadmill will move according to the preset value of the fixed program. The
speed will change every (Time/20)*60 seconds. The speed can be adjusted by the speed plus and
minus buttons and shortcut keys during running, but the program default value will be restored at
the next stage. Each program has 20 stages (see the fixed program table for fixed program
values).
3.7 HR1/HR2 mode: Press the "HR1/HR2" button to enter the HEART mode and then press the
"SPEED+/-" button to set the target time. Press the "HIIT" button to enter the age setting and
press the "SPEED +/-" button to set it. Press the "HIIT" button to enter the target heart rate setting
and press the "SPEED+/-" button to set it. After the setting is completed, press the START button
to start the treadmill. During exercise, if the heart rate is lower than the target heart rate, the speed
will slowly increase, and the rise will increase when the speed reaches the maximum speed in the
HRC mode. If the heart rate is higher than the target heart rate, if there is a rise, reduce the rise
first. When the rise is zero, the speed will slowly drop to the lowest speed.
3.8 USER1/USER2 mode (P1-P2): In standby mode, press the "USER1/USER2" button to select
USER1/USER2 mode and press the "SPEED+/-" button to set the target time. Press the "HIIT"
button to enter the user-defined mode. The user can press the speed and elevation plus and
minus buttons to set the speed and elevation value of each segment. Press "HIIT" to switch to the
next segment; there are 20 segments in total. After the last segment is set, press the OK button
and the buzzer will sound twice and the set data will be saved. Press the START button to start
the treadmill and move according to the program set by the customer.
3.9 Sleep Mode: If no button is pressed within 10 minutes in standby mode, the device enters sleep
mode and all screens are turned off. You can wake it up by pressing any button and it will enter
standby mode after waking up.

Safe Mode: In case of emergency, pull down the safety clip and the treadmill will stop moving.
