OPERATION WITH BATTERIES
CAU TI ON
Use only batteries of the same type. When
replacing dead batteries, remove all old batteries
and replace them with new ones. Do not mix old
batteries with new batteries.
1. Set the desired settings on the unit.
2. Remove the battery compartment cover (7) and insert three
AA batteries (1.5 V) (Fig. 3).
WA R NI N G
Pay attention to the correct polarity of the
batteries to avoid battery leakage or explosion
and possible damage to persons or the unit.
3. Replace the cover.

To test the set functions, you can press the test button (4).
4. Slide the unit cover onto the unit (Fig. 4).

OPERATIONAL TIPS
∙
Repelling spiders, moths or fleas: place the device 20-50 cm above the ground.
∙
Repelling rats and mice: place the device 0-60 cm above the ground.
∙
For best results, make sure that the unit is not covered by furniture or curtains and that there
is no carpet. These would reflect or absorb the sound waves.
∙
Experience shows that visible results are noticeable after about 2 weeks. To prevent the pests
from returning, it is recommended to use the device again at regular intervals.

CLEANING
N OTICE

Do not use aggressive solvents/cleaning agents, brushes, sharp objects or
similar for cleaning. These may damage the surface.

Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids. There is a risk of a short circuit.
Switch the unit off and disconnect it from the power supply before cleaning. Clean the unit with
a damp cloth if it is dirty.

MAINTENANCE
The unit requires little maintenance. However, you should carry out regular visual inspections.
Check the unit for damage before each use. There are no serviceable parts inside the unit.
N OTICE
Do not use the unit if there is any visible damage.
