grub screw [18‑14] in the collet [18‑17] over the agitator crossbeam
[18‑13] (see chapter 11.5).
■ Screw the hex nut [18‑16] onto the agitator shaft and tighten.
■ Insert the coupling washer [18‑3].
■ Mount the pneumatic motor with gear [18‑1] and the upper half of the
coupling [18‑2] in the correct position.
■ Tighten the hex screw [18‑11]
■ Secure the hex screw with the lock nut [18‑10].
■ Mount the cover with pneumatic / electric agitator with gear on the mate-
rial pressure tank.
■ Close the material pressure tank (see chapter 10.4).
12. Care and storage
Careful handling together with constant care of the product is necessary
to ensure that the material pressure tank functions properly.
Store the material pressure tank in a dry place.
Damage from wrong cleaning agents
The use of aggressive cleaning agents can damage the material pres-
sure tank.
→ Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Use a neutral cleaning solution with a pH of 6–8.
→ Do not use acids, caustic solutions, bases, paint strippers, unsuitable
regenerates or other aggressive cleaning agents.
Damage from solidified material
Solidified material in the material pressure tank can cause damage.
→ Remove the material from the material pressure tank at the latest
when the pot life has expired and clean the pressure tank.
■ Clean the material pressure tank every time after it has been used and
every time before changing the material.
13. Malfunctions
If it is not possible to remedy a malfunction with the described corrective
actions, send the material pressure tank to the SATA customer service
department (address see chapter 14).
