Step one: Draw the lines on the wall
1. Draw a vertical line from the center of the cooktop to the ceiling as shown in the
drawing above;
2. Draw a horizontal line (A) between 97 cm and 107 cm (depending on the desired
hanging height of the range hood) above the cooktop;
3. Draw a horizontal line (B) 1 cm below the ceiling (keep in mind the maximum height of
the shaft).
Step two: Mark out the drill holes
1. Put a point at the intersection between the vertical line and the horizontal line (A).
Also put a point 8 cm to the left and right of the center. Afterwards, check that all 3
points are level;
2. Put a point 6 cm to the left and right of the intersection between line B and the
vertical line. Afterwards, check that all 2 points are level.
Step three: Assembling the mounting brackets
1. At the marked points, drill a hole with a 10-mm drill bit;
2. Insert the plugs (11) into the holes;
3. Place the mounting bracket (20) with three screws (10) on the horizontal line A;
4. Place the shaft bracket (21) with two screws (10) on the horizontal line B.
